Concept & Web design
Challenge: Working closely with the senior marketing manager to redesign and revamp the referral scheme for the University of Liverpool Online. Not only a design and content overhaul, but a new concept/identity was required.
The concept was around highlighting the incentive first and foremost in the design and content, this would encourage prospects to see what the ROI is for them and be encouraged to refer. The tone of voice was created to be informal and friendly, with this being a word of mouth scheme, it needed to come across as social.
Responsibilities: Concept creation, Digital design, Multimedia Production. Working closely alongside a front-end developer and a copywriter.
Results: The campaign has increased the number of referrals dramatically. With more people being referred in the last month, than in the last year.
